Core Precinct coach and member

The operator plays the studio. We wrote the playbook.

The Platform

Real estate diligence, tech selection and class design shouldn't be a founding operator's problem, those hours belong to members and staff.

Fitura runs those functions centrally. The playbook below is the same one our leadership used to scale F45, FS8 and The Picklr, wired into every stage from lease signing to grand opening.

One playbook covering real estate, build-out, training, tech and marketing, so every operator opens with the same infrastructure the biggest franchise systems in the world took a decade to build.

Chapter one: real estate.

Fitura has partnered with SABRE Business Consulting, a nationally recognized retail advisory firm specializing in consumer-facing fitness and wellness brands. The Fitura program at SABRE is led by Douglas Jerum, with 35 years representing some of the largest retail brands in the world, and Tom Jacobson, former solidcore operator and West Coast expansion lead for over a decade.

Before a franchisee is turned loose on a broker, Delightree steps them through the fundamentals of a commercial lease, triple-net structure, incremental costs and the provisions that separate a good deal from a bad one, with comprehension checks along the way. Only then do candidates move into active site selection with SABRE.

On the build side, Fitura ships a 300-page real estate and construction guideline produced with LARC Architecture. Tapware, tile, lighting, elevations, finishes, enough detail that any qualified general contractor in the country can build to spec, in a smaller 2,500–3,000 sq ft footprint.

Chapter two: a 4% marketing engine run out of HQ.

2%
Brand fund
2%
Local area marketing

Franchisees contribute 2% of topline revenue to a centralized brand fund and 2% to local area marketing. Both are deployed by Fitura HQ, the local contribution funds paid digital media, so the more revenue a studio generates, the more paid media flows back into its market. National creative sits in a Canva Enterprise workspace with locked brand templates, and every location's social presence is coordinated through SOCI so nothing goes out off-brand.

Centralized brand fund
Large-scale campaigns, brand partnerships and national awareness initiatives, funded from the 2% brand fund.
Curated social content
Ready-to-use assets, brand guidelines and a marketing calendar so every post stays on-brand.
Launch & pre-sale campaigns
Built to generate leads, drive community interest and produce strong opening memberships before day one.
Local area marketing
Clear frameworks for community outreach, partnerships and grassroots growth in your market.
Digital advertising & lead gen
Paid media managed centrally at HQ for every franchisee, using the local marketing contribution.
Brand partnerships & activations
Athlete, studio and lifestyle partnerships that elevate visibility and reinforce the premium positioning of the brand.

The local franchisee's role: supplement the national engine with community content and get outside the four walls, grassroots outreach, partnerships and pre-opening activations that HQ helps script.

Chapter three: training that isn't a binder.

Delightree steps every owner through the milestones between executed franchise agreement and grand opening, a green-light checklist with supporting education, video and comprehension checks. Initial training runs 7–9 days for up to two people, delivered online or at Fitura HQ in Park City, Utah, and must be completed at least 15 days before opening. Coach and instructor training is led by Scott Kinworthy, who spent seven years as Global Director of Education at F45 Training.

Stage 01

Owner induction & business foundations

Territory and site selection guidance supported by market analytics, executive owner development for leadership and multi-unit strategy, and business planning frameworks that prepare you for operational readiness.

Stage 02

Pre-sale & team development

Launch Camp covering operations, culture and team leadership. Sales training to build high-performing membership sales teams. Hiring, onboarding and performance-management frameworks. Product education across all Fitura concepts.

Stage 03

Pre-opening & launch execution

Advanced pre-sale strategies to drive early memberships, strategic marketing and launch planning support, train-the-trainer systems to build internal coaching capability, and grand opening execution with operational readiness certification.

Chapter four: programming, authored once and pushed everywhere.

Fitura partnered with ONEFiit, the operating system behind category leaders like Hyrox, to build the Fitura Brands Performance Hub. Every Core Precinct reformer class, cycle and progression is authored at HQ and pushed to every studio.

The programming is written for the proprietary Core Reformer, developed with Peak Pilates, so every class uses a machine that competitors cannot simply order.

Every session is designed to drive member results, increase retention and keep the brand experience consistent from location to location. Franchisees stop guessing what to program and get back to running the business, team leadership, community and revenue.

Chapter five: the tech stack, already configured.

Boutique studio operators have historically stitched together three or four platforms. Fitura evaluated the major systems and selected ABC Glofox as the core , one platform for members, staff and reporting. Nothing to integrate.
